SUMMARY:Voice as Body - Resonance Lab Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Resonance Lab is a gathering for anyone curious about performative\, somatic\, and experimental voice practices. \nThe voice—air transformed into sound—is born of a vital exchange with the world. It is a whole field of interconnected relationships\, a territory with layers of memory and simultaneous creation. \nThrough deep listening\, movement\, and collective imaginative play\, we summon extraordinary states of presence. We open the voice to its connections with space\, matter\, and memory—beyond the boundaries of conventional language. \nRooted in somatic practice and extended voice techniques\, this lab explores the body as a living\, sounding archive: always shifting\, always in relation. \nThe session is guided by four central actions: \n\nBreathe — Rhythms and movements to guide the air; the vital principle of contraction and expansion.\nResonate — The voice’s double affectation: somatic listening\, sound effects and affection.\nDirect — Spatialization of sonic resonance and relationship with the listener.\nExpand — Voice as body in space and its transmission through encounter.\n\nWe create a shared sound field to unfold the unexpected that needs to emerge from within us. \nThe Lab is going to take place at Location Wedding close to Ubahn station Pankstrasse.
